CebuFreelancer.com shall have absolute discretion as to whether or not it accepts a particular applicant or site for participation in the service. CebuFreelancer.com's web site is available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. The services of this web site are not available to minors. If Users do not qualify, they cannot legally use any of CebuFreelancer.com's services including, but not limited to, those that require the User's ability to form legally binding contracts.
Membership
We reserve the right to terminate your membership without any reason once judged to be violated any terms stated in our website. Terminated membership may or may not be re-activate after our internal investigation/judgments.

Either Service Buyers or Freelancers will not encourage posting their email address under public page to prevent salvage by spamming bots or email spiders.
Copyrights
Members are strictly restricted from uploading/posting any copyrighted scripts, articles without notification of the author.
Advertising
Members are prohibited from advertising the websites on CebuFreelancer.com.
All URLs posted on CebuFreelancer.com must be related to a project either as a link to your portfolio or resume.
Bidding
You cannot post an hourly bid or any other abnormal type of bid. This applies to buyers too. Buyers cannot create projects that directly or indirectly require programmers to place hourly or other abnormal bids.
File Upload
Members will responsible to upload virus-free attachments to our network. Membership of the file owner will be terminated if the uploaded files detected with virus.
Website Content
Members will not post or upload any unsolicited content ("spam") in any form ("email", "private message", "message board", "project details", "user profiles").
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding arrangements between Freelancers and Buyers remain solely between Buyers and Freelancers. We are not involved in any transactions or disputes between You and any other members of CebuFreelancer.com.
We just provide a platform for both parties to exchange their demands.

To enhance the value of your Membership, we may display links to websites sponsored by third parties ("Third Party Sites"). If you click on one of these links, you will be taken to a website not controlled by CebuFreelancer.com. The Third Party Sites may contain information, affiliate programs or software that is important to the website creation process. CebuFreelancer.com is not responsible for the content or operation of Third Party Sites reached by virtue of such links.
Modification of Terms of Service
We reserve the right to change or modify the terms of service at any time and your continued use of this Site will be conditioned upon the terms of service in force at the time of your use.
