Greetings! McLaren Industries is looking for developers with C#.NET, Java, J2EE with MSSQL / Oracle DB Experiences at McLaren Philippines, Inc. office. VERY HIGH COMPENSATION (Based on background, and experience) ONLY CEBU, PHILIPPINES APPLICANTS SHOULD BID! Please rate yourself according to the ff.: <area> - <years>, <level of knowledge> ASP.NET - 20 years, good SQL - 10 year, average PHP - 30 years, excellent HTML - 30 years, good JS - 30 years, above average CSS - 30 years, basic-to-average Other - ….. (the numbers are fictional - the list above is just an example of what I'm looking for) Skill levels would be: - basic - average - good - very good - excellent We need only programming languages listed. If MS Office or Linux is listed - it should not be related to using it but rather developing something for it - i.e. complex macros, OLE automations or changing kernel code for Linux. Not basic setup and usage. Also answer the following brief questions: 1. Do you have any experience developing web applications and were you involved in createing the HTML, CSS and JavaScript code? 2. What experience you have using databases? Were you also involved in designing database structure? 3. Were you involved in application's full livecycle? I.e. from gathering customer requirements to maintaining the existing applications and if not - what stages were you involved and what - not? 4. What is the most complex task you solved? 5.
